Working principle of the circular vibrating screen:

The circular vibrating screen primarily consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, and vibration-damping springs. The vibrator is mounted on the side panels of the screen box. The motor drives the eccentric blocks of the vibrator to rotate at high speed via a V-belt, generating centrifugal inertial force, which causes the screen box to perform circular vibration. The material on the screen undergoes continuous throwing motion due to the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface. During the interaction between the material and the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen openings pass through the screen, thereby achieving classification.
