Solutions for Abnormal Vibration of the Cone Crusher Housing

1) Frequent body vibration

This is related to feeding. Suddenly increasing the feed rate, excessive and moist ore, or a blocked discharge port can cause irregular vibration. Ensure uniform and stable feeding, and adjust the discharge opening gap based on the moisture content of the ore.  

2) Severe vibration  

This may be due to an unstable foundation, which should be reinforced or re-grouted; if poor lubrication causes the main shaft to be tightly gripped by the sleeve, inspect the oil pump and oil lines.
