Solutions for Abnormal Temperature Issues in Cone Crushers

What should be done when the temperature of a cone crusher becomes abnormal?

1) High oil pressure and oil temperature  

Clear any blockages in the oil lines; increase the clearance between the main shaft and the small bronze sleeve if it is too small.

2) Low oil pressure and high oil temperature  

Inspect the oil pump for wear and tear; replace the oil pump if necessary.

3) Normal oil pressure, high oil temperature

Check the cooler and cooling water for normal operation; insufficient lubrication oil supply may be the cause, so inspect the main relief valve for damage or improperly set values, and replace or adjust the parameters accordingly; expired or contaminated oil can also cause the same issue, so replace the oil.

4) Normal oil pressure, low oil temperature

Heat the oil, inspect the oil pump, and adjust the safety valve.

5) High horizontal shaft temperature

The V-belt is too tight and needs to be adjusted; improper fit between the shaft and shaft sleeve or incorrect installation of the oil groove may be the cause. Check the clearance and correct the installation position of the oil groove.
