The cone crusher is a cornerstone of the mining machinery industry, equipped with crushing equipment capable of processing various materials. It is the preferred choice for large-scale mining equipment, featuring a high crushing ratio, high output, low power consumption, and uniform product particle size. It is widely applied in the mining, metallurgy, chemical, and construction industries.

The working environment of cone crushers is typically harsh, with heavy-duty operations, and occasional malfunctions may occur. For example, if contaminants enter the oil of a cone crusher, what should be done?

1) Mud and sand in the oil

The sealing dust-proof device is faulty and requires shutdown for maintenance. Check if the dust cover is open, confirm the integrity of the dust seal, replace the oil with new oil, and then reseal.

2) Water in the oil

First, inspect the cooler and adjust the cooling water pressure, ensuring it is slightly lower than the oil pressure. If the issue persists, consider repairing or replacing the cooler; check if the water tank is blocked and clean it if necessary. Additionally, control the amount of dust-proof water to prevent it from overflowing from the tank.
