How to Address Insufficient Screening Accuracy in Vibrating Screens
This issue is frequently encountered by many users. Since material accuracy directly impacts product quality, it ranks as the most common malfunction. Key factors affecting inadequate screening accuracy include insufficient mesh count, inadequate screen tension, damaged screens, insufficient excitation force, and insufficient screen length.
For the above issues, the following measures can be taken:
① Insufficient motor excitation force can also cause inadequate screening accuracy. Properly adjusting the motor excitation force can effectively improve screening precision;
② Replace the screen mesh with a standard mesh to achieve the required accuracy;
③ Screen length determines screening progress. Reasonably increasing the screen surface length is also an effective method to improve screening accuracy;
④ For insufficient screen mesh tension, use specialized mesh installation tools or professional mesh installation machines to achieve ideal tension;
⑤ Immediately stop the machine and replace the screen if damage occurs.
