Brief description of the maintenance of impact crusher

In order to ensure the service life of the impact crusher, we sincerely remind users to maintain the machine frequently.

Check:   

1. The running point of the impact crusher is smooth. When the amount of machine vibration increases suddenly, stop immediately to find out the reason for elimination.    

2. Under normal circumstances, the length of the bearing should not exceed 35 degrees, the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 degrees, such as more than 70 degrees, should immediately stop and identify the cause.    

3. Plate hammer wear reaches the limit mark should be turned around to use or timely replacement.    

4. After assembling or replacing the plate hammer, must keep the rotor balance, static balance shall not exceed 0.25kg.m    

5. When the frame liner wears out, it should be replaced in time to avoid wearing out the housing.    

6. Check the tightening status of all bolts before each start.  

When the frame liner, impact liner, plate hammer and other wearing parts need to be replaced after wear, or when the machine failure needs to be eliminated, the ratchet device is used to open and close the rear cover for replacement and maintenance.    

1. Open    

Before opening the rear cover, you should unscrew the lock nut and bolt, and then put the gasket at the lower end of the upper cover support arm. When opening, 2 people need to operate at the same time, trigger the ratchet device, the upper cover is slowly opened. When opening close to the end of the lower pad should be pre-contacted with the lower bevel of the arm to ensure safety and reliability.    

2. Close    

After the completion of the replacement or maintenance, turn the small handle on the ratchet device and operate it between two people at the same time to close the rear upper cover slowly. The closing surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned before closing the rear upper cover.    

Lubrication:    

1. Pay frequent attention to and do timely lubrication of the friction surface.    

2. The lubricating oil used in this machine should be decided according to the location where the crusher machine is used, temperature and other conditions, and generally calcium-sodium based lubricating oil can be used.    

3. Fill lubricating oil into the bearing once after every eight hours of work, replace the grease once every three months, clean the bearing carefully with clean gasoline or kerosene when changing the oil, and add 50% of the volume of grease into the bearing seat.
