Eccentric shaft bending or breaking of jaw crusher may be caused by the following reasons: 

1. bending of the eccentric shaft under the force of one side during the lifting process of the main machine; 

2. The hardness of the crushed material exceeds that specified in the product instruction manual; 

3. Long-term overload operation of the mainframe jaw crusher; 

4. The elbow plate does not meet the standard, and the non-crushed material enters the crushing cavity with self-breaking protection; 

5. Improper thermal treatment of eccentric shaft, stress concentration, resulting in short-term fracture. 

The following measures can be taken when encountering eccentric shaft bending or fracture of jaw crusher: 

1. replace the new eccentric shaft and lift the main machine correctly; 

2. replace the new eccentric shaft and choose a compatible crusher according to the compressive strength of the crushed material; 

3. replace the new eccentric shaft, adjust the operating load or replace the compatible crusher; 

4. replace the new eccentric shaft without using elbow plate and elbow plate pad which do not conform to the design standard; 

5. Replace new eccentric shaft, use heat treatment qualified eccentric shaft.
