3. The machine should be firmly fixed on the concrete ground, and the foundation should leave the ore discharge slot, and its slope should not be less than 50 degrees. 

4. Before adjusting the jaw crusher dispensing mouth, the tension spring should be loosened, and after it is adjusted, the tension of the spring should be adjusted appropriately, and the tension of the spring should be such that the noise between the elbow plate and the elbow plate pad can be eliminated and the elbow plate is not easy to fall off when it is working. 

5. The cooperation and management of jaw crusher and other crushing equipment should be conducive to the production and assembly line operation to ensure that the working surface is not congested. 

6. For the convenience of transporting raw materials and finished products, it is better to use mechanized transport equipment for incoming and outgoing materials. 

7. Tighten the screws and coupling parts and check the lubrication before commissioning the jaw crusher. 

8. After the pulley is moved by human power and the movement is confirmed to be unobstructed, the machine can be tested empty. Bearing temperature rise should not exceed 35 degrees. If the above faults are found, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection. 

9. The user needs ten hours for load test run, and use sub-hard ore.
