Working Principle of the High-Powered Impact Crusher:

The high-powered impact crusher primarily consists of an upper and lower frame, rotor assembly, first impact plate, second impact plate, upper and lower adjustment sections, and transmission system. 

The motor drives the rotor to rotate counterclockwise at high speed via a V-belt transmission. Material enters the crusher chamber through the feed opening, where it is struck by the high-speed rotating rotor hammer plates, impacting the toothed impact plates on the first impact plate at the top of the crushing chamber and rebounding. It then continuously collides with subsequent upward-moving material, breaking it down before entering the second-stage crushing chamber. Here, under the action of wear-resistant tooth plates and hammer plates, it undergoes immense pressure, bending force, and friction. The material is thoroughly crushed and ground in this crushing chamber, with particle shapes fully shaped, and almost no needle-like or flake-like material remaining. Finally, the material is discharged from the machine through the discharge hopper at the bottom of the machine body.

Both the first impact plate section and the second impact plate section are equipped with elastic support devices, which can be adjusted according to the size of the finished product. Additionally, when small, uncrushable objects enter the machine, the elastic support devices provide a yielding function.
