Vertical Composite Crusher Structure
The vertical composite crusher is designed based on the principle of gradually increasing input energy and performing graded crushing of materials.
Vertical Composite Crusher Structure:
This machine consists of components such as the motor drive unit, discharge hopper, machine base, chassis, rotor assembly, cylinder body, and machine cover.
The motor is vertically inverted and mounted at one end of the machine base, driving the main shaft to rotate via a narrow V-belt. The main shaft is equipped with three rotors, which are centrally located within the cylinder. Each rotor has adjustable-gap hammers mounted along its circumference. The top surface of the upper rotor is fitted with a material-discharge disc (composed of alternately arranged discharge ribs and discharge liners).
The machine cover has two feed hoppers; the chassis is fixed to the machine base, with a discharge hopper located below the machine base. The two self-aligning roller bearings and one thrust bearing supporting the main shaft are respectively mounted at the centre of the machine cover and chassis.
The cylinder section consists of two semi-cylindrical halves that open opposite each other. The upper end of the cylinder is connected to the machine cover, and the lower end is connected to the base plate. The cylinder can be opened (note: regardless of whether it is for maintenance or replacement of wear parts, only one half of the cylinder should be opened, and the connecting bolts of the other half must not be loosened; they should be securely fastened) to facilitate replacement of wear parts and maintenance; The inner walls of the cylinder are fitted with upper, middle, and lower layers of impact plates, which surround the upper, middle, and lower rotors, respectively, and maintain a certain clearance from the rotor hammers.
