Structural Composition of the High-Performance Impact Crusher:

1. The upper and lower frames are connected via components, facilitating disassembly, assembly, and transportation. The first impact plate assembly is secured to the upper frame via a suspension shaft and the first adjustment device, while the second impact plate assembly is secured to the lower frame via a suspension shaft and the second adjustment device.

2. The rotor assembly is fixed to the lower frame bearing housing. The rotor body is connected to the main shaft using a tapered sleeve and key, which facilitates disassembly and ensures that no relative movement occurs between the main shaft and tapered sleeve, thereby preventing wear on the main shaft.

The rotor body is welded, with the wear surfaces coated with a hard alloy weld layer for protection.

The plate hammers and rotor are self-locking via wedge blocks, offering simple assembly and disassembly, as well as safe and reliable operation.

The plate hammers are precision-cast from special wear-resistant materials, allowing for adjustment and reversal use, maximising utilisation.

3. The first and second impact plates are fixed to the upper and lower frame bodies via suspension shafts and elastic adjustment devices. The impact liners and impact plate brackets are installed using a wedge-insertion method, with stop plates at both ends secured to the impact plate brackets with bolts.  

The two impact sections are adjusted via elastic adjustment devices, enabling rapid and reliable adjustment of the discharge gap.

The machine frame features two unique large doors on both sides. By opening these doors, the hammer plates and impact teeth plates can be replaced or adjusted without lifting the machine frame.
