Large rock blocks are fed into the self-propelled crusher via a loader. They are then uniformly conveyed through a vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher for primary processing. The crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen; material meeting the crushing requirements is discharged via a conveyor, while material that does not meet the requirements re-enters the impact crusher for reprocessing. The vibrating screen forms a closed-circuit system, enabling continuous material recycling. The finished material is discharged via a conveyor, enabling continuous operation.
