What are the methods to prevent rusting of crushers or sand-making machines

1. Anti-rust coating. Electroplating with materials such as aluminium or zinc forms a dense oxide film on the surface of the crusher, preventing the main body of the crusher and sand-making machine from coming into contact with water and air, thus preventing rusting.

2. Anti-rust paint. Applying oil-based materials and paint to the surface of the crusher can prevent oxidation and rusting of the crusher and sand washing machine.

3. Use anti-rust materials. Generally, crushers are made of iron. To prevent rusting, alloy materials can be used instead of iron materials to fundamentally solve the rusting problem of crushers.

4. Production environment. Corrosion in crushers is typically caused by the oxidation reaction between iron and water. Therefore, maintaining a dry working environment can prevent the crusher from rusting.

Although rusting issues may not be as noticeable as other problems, they are inevitable in production. Doing these foundational tasks well is also an important aspect of ensuring our production.
