Sand Production Line Process Flow
A complete manufactured sand production line primarily consists of five processes: feeding, crushing, sand making, screening, and sand washing. This section details the equipment used for crushing and sand making various materials, along with production line configuration.
1. Feeding
Rock blasted from the mountain is transported by dump trucks to the vibrating feeder, where large rock pieces are fed in.
2. Primary and Secondary Crushing
The vibrating feeder uniformly conveys the rock into a jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed material is then transported via conveyor belt to a cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing. For finer finished particle sizes, the secondary crushed material is conveyed to a sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping.
3. Sand Making and Screening
The finely crushed material is then screened through a vibrating screen to separate coarse sand, medium sand, and fine sand.
4. Sand Washing and Recovery
For applications with strict requirements on sand powder content, a sand washer can be added after the fine sand screening stage. The wastewater discharged from the sand washer can be further processed through a fine sand recovery machine. This approach reduces environmental pollution while simultaneously increasing sand production volume and quality.
