Sand Production Line Process Flow

Blasted rock from the mountain is transported by dump trucks to the vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the rock into the jaw crusher for primary crushing (coarse crushing). Material exiting the jaw crusher is conveyed via belt conveyor to either a cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing (fine crushing). The finely crushed material is conveyed by belt to the sand maker for further refinement. After this stage, a vibrating screen separates the material into different specifications and sizes. While most production lines complete the process with these three steps, those requiring strict control over sand powder content may add a sand washer after the fine crushing and screening stage.
