Granite Sand Production Line
A complete manufactured sand production line primarily consists of five processes: feeding, crushing, sand making, screening, and sand washing. Material Advantages: Granite constitutes a primary component of continental crust, forming as igneous rock solidified beneath the Earth's surface. As a deep intrusive rock, it primarily consists of minerals like quartz and feldspar. Granite resists weathering, possesses attractive coloration that retains its appearance for over a century, and features a hard, dense texture with high strength. It exhibits excellent resistance to weathering, corrosion, and abrasion, along with low water absorption. Its beautiful hues endure exceptionally well, making it an ideal construction material. Granite resources are abundant, extraction costs are low, and the product holds high value.
Granite Sand Production Line
(1) Capacity: 200 t/h
Equipment Configuration: Vibrating Feeder + Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher + Vibrating Screen + Sand Washer + Magnetic Separator + Sand Washer.
(2) Output: 600-800 t/h
Equipment Configuration: Vibrating Feeder (3 units) + Jaw Crusher (1 unit) + Vibrating Feeder (2 units) + Hydraulic Cone Crusher (3 units) + Vibrating Screen (2 units) + Sand Maker (2 units).
