How to remove rust from crushers or sand-making machines

The following methods can be used to remove rust from crushers and sand-making machines:

1. Acid washing can be used to remove rust.

2. Oxidation coating method. If the metal surface of the equipment shows signs of paint peeling, anti-oxidation coatings should be applied promptly during the production process of crushers and sand-making machines.

3. High-pressure water rust removal method. Using high-pressure water jets to impact the surface can break down corrosion and coatings without causing dust pollution or damaging the steel plates. This method is more efficient.

4. Electrostatic rust removal method. This primarily uses an electrostatic precipitator, powered by electricity or compressed air, and equipped with appropriate dust collection devices to perform reciprocating movements, thereby achieving rust removal.
