A Double Sealing Protection Structure for a Cone Crusher
During the production process, cone crushers inevitably generate dust. If dust enters the internal operational core of the crusher, it not only contaminates the lubricating oil but also accelerates equipment wear and tear, thereby reducing the service life of the equipment. Therefore, implementing appropriate sealing protection for the crusher equipment is essential.
The double-seal structure of the cone crusher is located between the moving cone body and the eccentric sleeve of the cone crusher, consisting of two seal structures. One of these is composed of a rubber plate, an upper seal body, and a rubber plate mounting body. By tightly bonding the rubber plate to the upper seal body, an outer seal protection is formed; The other sealing structure fixes the rubber plate to the body, forming an inner sealing protection to block dust penetrating from the outer sealing.
This sealing method adopts a double-layer sealing protection structure, enhancing sealing effectiveness, reducing dust contamination of lubricating oil, minimising abnormal wear of the main unit, and improving equipment reliability and service life.
