Features and Parameters of the High-Performance Impact Crusher
The High-Performance Impact Crusher is a series of new, high-efficiency impact crushers developed by integrating foreign technology with the company's over 40 years of development experience. It is suitable for secondary and tertiary medium and fine crushing operations. When processing materials with a compressive strength of less than 150 MPa for medium and fine crushing, the maximum feed size is 400 millimetres. When processing materials with a compressive strength greater than 150 MPa for fine crushing, the maximum feed size is less than 240 millimetres. It is suitable for the artificial sand and gravel processing industry in sectors such as hydropower, highways, and urban construction. It features a unique structure, convenient operation and maintenance, high efficiency and energy savings, cubic-shaped products, a sand production rate of over 30% when used for sand making, adjustable discharge particle size, and selective crushing capabilities.
In terms of structural design, it features two-stage impact crushing chambers, both of which are adjustable. The machine body consists of upper and lower sections for easy installation. The rotor uses a tapered sleeve with key connection, and the high-efficiency wear-resistant hammer plates and impact plates can be installed via insertion. The tooth-shaped impact plates are equipped with unique symmetrical large doors on both sides of the frame, allowing the hammer plates and impact liners to be replaced by opening these doors.
