A jaw crusher is a large-scale reciprocating crushing machine primarily used for crushing various types of medium-hard minerals and rocks with a compressive strength not exceeding 250 megapascals. The jaw crusher has a large feed opening, allowing for larger material particle sizes (jaw crusher feed size: 125-1200 mm), making it ideal for primary crushing in production lines. The jaw crusher adopts a V-shaped cavity design, which increases the inclination of the elbow plate, resulting in a larger stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber. During the operation of the jaw mobile crusher, stones of appropriate feed size are uniformly fed into the jaw crusher by the feeder. After preliminary crushing by the jaw crusher, screening control is performed, and the screened stones proceed to the next processing stage. The production line forms a closed-loop system during operation, enabling material recycling and continuous crushing operations, with finished materials conveyed out for further processing. The entire crushing process is smooth and high-yielding, with materials flowing at high speeds between equipment.
