A. Operating Principle of the Vertical Compound Crusher


The motor drives the rotor to rotate counterclockwise at high speed via a V-belt transmission. Material enters the crusher chamber through the feed inlet, where it is struck by the rapidly rotating blow bars. The material rebounds after impacting the toothed impact plate on the first impact plate at the top of the crushing chamber. It then undergoes repeated collisions with subsequent upward-impacting material, breaking down before entering the second crushing chamber. Under the action of wear-resistant tooth plates and blow bars, immense pressure, bending forces, and friction forces are generated. Within this chamber, materials undergo thorough fine crushing and grinding, achieving well-rounded particle shapes with minimal needle-like or flaky fragments, before final discharge from the machine.
