Pebble Crushing Production Line Process

What is the process of the pebble crushing production line?

1. Primary Crushing System

Pebble feedstock is conveyed via vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher for initial fragmentation. Crushed aggregates are transported by conveyor belt to intermediate storage silos for stockpiling.

2. Secondary and Fine Crushing System

Crushed material is discharged from the silo bottom feeder onto conveyors, then fed into cone crushers for fine reduction. Oversized aggregates are returned to the crusher for reprocessing.

3. Sand-Making System

Material enters the sand-making machine where high-speed rotation of the rotor causes abrasion and collision, achieving shaping and sand-making effects.

4. Screening System

Crushed material is conveyed via belt to a circular vibrating screen for grading, then enters a spiral sand washer for cleaning and dust removal.
