What equipment is needed to invest in a river pebble manufactured sand production line

Made river pebbles into high-quality sand requires a series of processes including crushing, sand making, washing, and screening. The main stages are crushing and sand shaping. For even higher quality finished sand, washing is also necessary. The type and model of equipment used will depend on the specific production requirements.

Crushing Equipment: Crushing is divided into coarse and fine crushing stages. Large river pebbles are fed by a vibrating feeder to a jaw crusher for coarse crushing, followed by secondary crushing by a cone crusher to process the pebbles to a particle size of less than 50mm, facilitating processing by the sand making machine.

Sand Making Equipment: After coarse and fine crushing, the river pebbles that meet the requirements are processed into various sizes such as 0-2mm, 2-5mm, and 5-10mm by the sand making machine. Pebbles that do not meet the requirements are returned to the upstream unit for further crushing.

Fine Crushing and Shaping: Impact Crusher (Sand Making Machine) This is a crucial step in the entire river pebble sand making process. As mentioned earlier, impact crushers are not suitable for processing materials with high hardness, while cone crushers produce materials with a relatively high content of needle-like and flaky particles. Therefore, an impact crusher is needed for optimized shaping. The impact crusher uses the working principle of impact crushing. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, it is rapidly impacted and crushed. At the same time, the materials collide with each other continuously within the crushing chamber. This combination of "stone-on-iron" and "stone-on-iron" working principles results in high efficiency and excellent finished product particle shape.
