The typical production process for a quarry-based crushed stone plant is:

Therefore, the primary production equipment required for a quarry includes feeders, crushers, sand makers, vibrating screens, sand washers, and belt conveyors. 1. Vibrating Feeder: Primarily used for continuous, uniform feeding before primary crushers. Simultaneously, it performs coarse screening based on preset bar gap dimensions, preventing energy loss in subsequent crushers and enhancing crushing efficiency.


2. Primary Jaw Crusher: Features a “V”-shaped cavity design for higher crushing efficiency, large crushing ratio, and increased output. Accepts feed sizes ≤1360mm with an adjustable discharge opening range of 40-300mm. Its deep crushing chamber eliminates dead zones and ensures uniform output particle size.


3. Medium and Fine Cone Crusher: Multiple cavity designs (ultra-fine, fine, medium-fine, medium, coarse, ultra-coarse) with layer compression crushing technology. Capable of processing high-hardness materials with high output and excellent performance. Produces uniform output size with minimal needle and flake particles. 4. Sand-Making Impact Crusher: Low operating costs, high adaptability, large throughput, and excellent product quality. Features “stone-on-stone” and “stone-on-iron” crushing modes. Equipped with a thin oil lubrication system and PLC automatic control/monitoring system for real-time monitoring of feed rate, current, oil temperature, main shaft temperature, and vibration protection. The produced material exhibits a cubic shape with rounded edges, rational gradation, controllable powder content, and uniform particle size.


5. Vibrating Screen: Vibrating screens are primarily used for material dewatering and desliming operations.
