As a type of impact sand-making machine, vertical composite crushers are widely used in the mining industry, capable of reducing large chunks of material to the required particle size. They are suitable for crushing medium-hard materials in industries such as cement, chemicals, power generation, and metallurgy. Applications include medium and fine crushing of materials like limestone, slag, coke, and coal. Enterprises requiring high hourly output and not demanding high ore hardness often prioritize vertical compound crushers. Materials like limestone, which are not overly hard, are particularly well-suited for processing by vertical compound crushers.

Operating on both impact and grinding principles, the composite crusher achieves “more crushing, less grinding,” making it an ideal energy-saving fine crushing solution. 2. High output capacity. Its direct-through crushing process enables large material throughput and rapid passage, resulting in high production rates.


3. Wear parts utilize high-hardness, high-toughness multi-element alloy wear-resistant materials, ensuring minimal wear and extended service life. The hammer-to-impact plate clearance allows for fine adjustment, guaranteeing uniform product particle size. Hammer utilization is significantly enhanced, with service life increased by approximately 5 times.


4. Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient: The new composite crusher features water spraying during operation to suppress dust, reducing environmental pollution and enhancing eco-friendliness.


5. Unique material-throwing disc structure: Composed of radially arranged throwing ribs and throwing liners arranged in a circular pattern. Worn throwing ribs can be repurposed as throwing liners, significantly improving material utilization and lowering operating costs.


6. Equipped with a cooling system and bearing temperature monitoring device, it can crush materials up to 150°C and provides real-time bearing temperature detection.


7. Compact and rationally designed, the machine features simple installation and requires minimal time and effort for subsequent maintenance.

The vertical composite crusher can process high-temperature materials below 150°C.
