The P-series Vertical Compound Crusher, a new fine crushing and coarse grinding machine developed by OCP Heavy Industry, is an optimized design integrating comparable crusher technologies and the company's years of practical experience. This crusher employs both impact and grinding crushing mechanisms.


The P Series Vertical Compound Crusher primarily consists of the base frame, rotor assembly, cylinder section, machine cover, transmission system, adjustment mechanism, and feed hopper. The upper, middle, and lower hammers within the crushing chamber, along with the discharge disc, play a crucial role in fine crushing and coarse grinding. During operation, the rotor fixed to the main shaft rotates at high speed in a specific direction driven by the motor. Lumpy materials fall from the feed hopper onto the discharge disc. After being impacted by the high-speed rotating ribs of the discharge disc, they are rapidly thrown toward the impact plate under centrifugal force, causing collisions. Guided by the inclined surface of the impact plate and gravity, the material rebounds diagonally downward into the conical rotor crushing chamber. Here, it encounters the high-speed rotation of the upper hammer heads. After gaining sufficient kinetic energy, the material is hurled back toward the impact plate, repeating the crushing process. Within the chamber, the material particles collide with each other, achieving further fragmentation, and spiral downward through the conical space. The material enters the cylindrical rotor chamber, where the already crushed particles undergo further fine crushing, squeezing, and grinding, repeating the crushing process. This high-frequency impact, counter-impact, squeezing, and grinding by the upper, middle, and lower hammers and impact plates progressively crushes and coarsely grinds the material from large to small.


The P Series Vertical Compound Crusher features a specialized water-cooled structure capable of processing materials up to 150°C. Optional configurations include a water-cooled base, high-temperature resistant bearings, and high-temperature grease rated for temperatures exceeding 260°C.


The P Series Vertical Compound Crusher is widely applicable for crushing raw materials and clinker in cement production. It serves as an ideal fine crushing solution for cement plant upgrades, enabling “more crushing, less grinding” to achieve energy savings and reduced consumption. It can also process dry, non-sticky materials below 160MPa, including limestone, dolomite, lime, sandstone, and medium-soft iron ore. Under special conditions, it can handle fine crushing of high-hardness brittle materials.
