6. The lubrication of the machine is dry oil lubrication, using Mobil automotive lubricating grease special grade, adding the amount of 1/2-2/3 of the bearing cavity, sand making machine every working shift, add the appropriate amount of grease.
7. During the operation of the sand making machine, there shall be no violent vibration and abnormal noise, otherwise, it shall be stopped for inspection.
8. Vibrating feed and material feeding requires continuous and even feeding force.
