Single-swing jaw principle
The movable jaw is suspended from the mandrel and can swing from side to side. When the eccentric shaft rotates, the connecting rod makes up and down reciprocating motion, which drives the two thrust plates to make reciprocating motion, thus pushing the movable jaw to make left and right reciprocating motion to achieve crushing and discharging. This kind of crusher adopts crank double linkage mechanism, although the moving jaw is subjected to great crushing reaction force, the eccentric shaft and connecting rod are not subjected to great force, so it is mostly made into large and medium-sized machines for crushing hard materials in industry. In addition, when this crusher works, the trajectory of each point on the moving jaw is an arc centered on the mandrel, and the radius of the arc is equal to the distance from the point to the mandrel, with the upper arc being small and the lower arc being large.
The simple swing jaw crusher has a compact and simple structure, and the eccentric shaft and other transmission parts are subjected to less force; because of the small vertical displacement of the movable jaw, the material is less likely to be over-crushed during processing, and the wear of the movable jaw plate is smaller.
Principle of compound jaw
The upper end of the movable jaw is suspended directly from the eccentric shaft as the connecting rod of the crank linkage mechanism, driven directly by the eccentric of the eccentric shaft, and the lower end of the movable jaw is hinged and supported by the thrust plate to the rear wall of the frame. When the eccentric shaft rotates, the trajectory of each point on the moving jaw is from the circumference of the suspension point (radius equal to the eccentric distance), gradually downward into an ellipse, the lower the ellipse, the more eccentric, until the lower and thrust plate connection point trajectory is a circular arc. Because of the complex trajectory of the points on the moving jaw in this machine, it is called a complex swing jaw crusher.
The advantages of the compound swing jaw crusher compared with the simple swing type are: lighter mass, fewer components, more compact structure, better filling of the crushing chamber, uniform crushing of the loaded material blocks, and the mandatory launch of the finished product at the lower end of the moving jaw, so the productivity is higher, 20-30% higher than the productivity of the same size of the simple swing jaw crusher; the material blocks have a large up and down rolling motion in the lower part of the moving jaw, easy to be discharged in a The material is easily discharged in the shape of a cube due to the large up-and-down rolling motion of the lower part of the jaw.
