Jaw Crusher
Jaw Crusher is a crushing machine that consists of two jaw plates, the movable jaw and the static jaw, forming a crushing chamber, simulating the movement of two jaws of an animal to complete the crushing operation of the material. It is widely used in mining and smelting, building materials, highways, railroads, water conservancy and chemical industries to crush various ores and large pieces of materials. The maximum compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa.
Jaw crusher is mainly used as coarse crusher and medium crusher in mining, building materials and infrastructure sectors. Jaw crushers are divided into large, medium and small size according to the width of the feed opening, large size machines with feed opening width more than 600MM, medium size machines with feed opening width 300-600MM and small size machines with feed opening width less than 300MM. Jaw crusher is simple in structure, easy in manufacture and reliable in work.
The working part of the jaw crusher is two jaws, one is the fixed jaw (fixed jaw), which is fixed vertically (or slightly inclined at the upper end) on the front wall of the machine body, and the other is the movable jaw (movable jaw), which is inclined in position and forms the upper and lower crushing chamber (working chamber) with the fixed jaw. The movable jaws make periodic reciprocating movements against the fixed jaws, sometimes separating and sometimes approaching. When separated, the material enters the crushing chamber and the finished product is discharged from the lower part; when close, the material between the two jaws is crushed by squeezing, bending and splitting.
Jaw crushers can be divided into simple swing jaw crushers (simple swing jaw crushers) according to the swing of the movable jaws. The complex swing jaw crusher (compound swing jaw crusher) and the integrated swing jaw crusher are three types.
