2. In order to reduce the vibration, noise and the impact on the foundation of the nearby buildings, the crusher and the concrete foundation are padded with hardwood pads, rubber bands or other vibration damping materials to play a buffering role in the middle, and then tighten the foundation bolts after the cement of the secondary grouting is solid. 4. The size of the discharge opening should be adjusted according to the required product size. When adjusting, the T-bolt and tension spring should be loosened first. Use the starting bolt to top off the adjusting seat, insert or withdraw the shims of corresponding thickness, then return the starting bolt, and the adjusting seat will be tightly pressed against the frame lug seat under the self-weight of the moving jaw, while pressing the shim set together. Thereafter, adjust the spring preload pressure. To ensure that the thrust plate and thrust plate pad are tightly pressed together when the machine is working. However, the pre-pressure should not be too large, as long as no machine knocking sound occurs, and finally lock the adjusting seat.
