A. Sand and Gravel Aggregate Production Process


First Process: Pre-crushing of large-sized raw materials from the ore, sorting out unsuitable debris, removing waste wood, plastic, and other contaminants, and thoroughly clearing scrap iron from the aggregate.


Step 2: Process materials using crushing equipment in the production line. Vibrating feeders deliver uniform feed rates. Jaw crushers utilize jaw plate motion to break large aggregates into smaller particles. Cone crushers/impact crushers then perform medium and fine crushing. Sand-making and shaping machines refine and shape the material. Aggregates processed by sand-making machines achieve uniform particle size.


Third Process: The crushed stones are screened and classified to produce recycled aggregate products of different specifications. This involves primary, secondary, and tertiary screening: Primary screening uses a circular vibrating screen to separate coarse-crushed concrete aggregates into 0-40mm chunks and fines under 5mm; Secondary screening separates the crushed aggregate into 5-20mm high-quality recycled aggregate suitable for C25-C30 concrete production. Tertiary screening separates 0.15mm-5mm high-quality recycled fine aggregate and 0.15mm-fine powder.


B. Common Aggregate Production Line Configurations


Generally, aggregate production line configurations must align with user requirements regarding operating conditions, hourly output, finished product gradation, and energy consumption. Common equipment combinations include:


1. Jaw crusher + cone crusher + sand maker + auxiliary equipment (feeders, conveyors, elevators, etc.);


2. Jaw Crusher + Impact Crusher + Sand Maker + Auxiliary Equipment;
