Production Planning and Process for Aggregate Production Lines

A. Basic Introduction

The sand and gravel production line constitutes specialised equipment for manufacturing construction aggregates. Compared to traditional sand-making machinery, it achieves energy savings of up to 50%. This system processes rock, river pebbles and other materials into various particle sizes meeting construction sand specifications. The sand produced exhibits uniform grain size and high compressive strength. B. Production Process

During operation, large-sized materials are uniformly conveyed from the hopper via a vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed stone is then transported by conveyor belt to the cone crusher (or impact crusher). Crushed stone is conveyed via belt conveyors to vibrating screens for grading. Finished sand (undersize material) is transported by belt conveyors to sand washers for cleaning, then conveyed to vertical impact crushers (sand makers) for fine crushing. The finely crushed stone is subsequently returned via belt conveyors to vibrating screens for re-grading, forming a closed-loop system.
