Vibrating screens are indispensable in production lines, performing pre-screening before crushers and material sizing after crushers. For specialized materials, they can also handle dry or wet screening. The Y Series Vibrating Screen is a line of vibrating screens optimized by OCP Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. based on years of practical experience and current market conditions. They are widely applicable for screening and grading various loose minerals and rocks in mining, construction, building materials, and other industries. The Y Series Vibrating Screen offers single-deck, double-deck, triple-deck, or multi-deck configurations to meet diverse customer requirements. All models support both dry and wet screening operations (including comprehensive recycling of steel slag via dry or wet methods).


Product Features of Y Series Vibrating Screens


1. The external block eccentric structure of the exciter ensures that the resultant force generated by each side plate exciter passes through the center of the plate thickness. This design subjects the side plates to only compressive and tensile forces during operation, eliminating bending moments. It improves the stress distribution on side plates and the screen box, offering advantages of flexible installation, replacement, and extended service life.


2. The Y Series Vibrating Screen offers nearly 100 specifications yet utilizes only 5 exciter types. By adjusting the number of auxiliary eccentric blocks, the exciter accommodates varying excitation force requirements across multiple screen sizes. This design ensures excellent interchangeability and universality of components, achieving high standardization and modularity.


3. All connections between side plates, reinforcement plates, crossbeams, and feed/discharge chutes utilize high-strength hex bolts (tensile strength 1240MPa) in steel structures. This provides greater strength than riveted connections, facilitates easier replacement, and prevents bolt hole cracking caused by improper riveting.


4. The Y Series vibrating screen integrates the latest material technologies and advanced engineering design, ensuring high reliability and extended service life under diverse operating conditions.


5. The motor of the Y circular vibrating screen connects to the exciter via a transmission device, guaranteeing motor longevity. Screen frequency can be adjusted by replacing pulleys.


6. The flexible coupling between the motor and exciter reduces radial forces during transmission, enabling smoother operation of the vibrating screen.


7. Y vibrating screens utilize rubber springs for support, offering advantages over metal springs including extended service life, corrosion resistance, stable operation through resonance zones, low noise, and minimal foundation impact.


8. The Y Series Vibrating Screen accommodates various screen types including woven wire mesh, steel plate screens, polyurethane screens, and comb-shaped screen plates to suit different materials. Y Series Standard Vibrating Screen: Suitable for materials with low corrosion indices (0–800 g/ton) and standard operating conditions; designed for 1–2 shifts per day; maximum feed size <200 mm. Applicable in construction industries.


Y Series Heavy-Duty Vibrating Screen: Designed for materials with high corrosion indices (800–2000 g/ton) and harsh operating conditions; suitable for 1–3 shifts per day; Maximum feed size <300mm. Suitable for mining and construction industries.


Y Series Vibrating Screen Super Heavy-Duty: Designed for highly corrosive materials (>2000gr/ton) and extremely harsh conditions; 1-3 shifts per day; Maximum feed size <300mm. Suitable for mining applications.
