1. As bearings are critical components of production line equipment, lubricating oil should be applied regularly before operation. This enhances rotational efficiency, operational performance, and service life. Lubrication is required for the following components: rotating bearings, roller bearings, gears, and sliding surfaces.  

2. Newly installed wheel flanges are prone to loosening. Conduct frequent inspections before and after operation to prevent undetected loosening that could compromise dust collection performance.  

3. During operation, promptly verify that all components function normally and monitor data for regularity. 

4. Monitor wear-prone components. Replace them promptly if significant wear occurs.  

5. After prolonged operation, bearings may experience substantial temperature increases. Immediately halt equipment operation and resume only after temperatures return to normal.
