A. Introduction to Mobile Crushers

Mobile crushers are designed to process construction waste. These units offer exceptional flexibility and mobility, significantly reducing infrastructure and relocation costs. Materials can be crushed on-site without requiring off-site transportation, and the plant can be relocated as the raw material extraction area advances, substantially lowering material transport expenses. The configuration of mobile crushing stations is highly adaptable, allowing modifications to suit specific site conditions or unique requirements, thereby enabling tailored construction waste processing workflows.

Mobile crushers can process free-flowing materials and may also function as basic stone production lines. Given their compact footprint, they are particularly suited to crushing construction waste and are well-suited for use in brickworks. From the customer's perspective, eliminating site and environmental constraints on crushing operations presents an excellent solution, substantially broadening the scope of crushing applications.

B. Working Principle of Mobile Crushers

The mobile crusher's movable jaw is suspended on a central shaft, enabling lateral oscillation. Rotation of the eccentric shaft drives the connecting rod in reciprocating vertical motion. This action drives two thrust plates to reciprocate, pushing the crushing motor jaws in lateral reciprocation to achieve crushing and discharge. This crusher employs a crank-double-linkage mechanism. Although the moving jaw experiences significant counterforce from crushed stone, the eccentric shaft and connecting rod remain unloaded. Consequently, these machines are commonly manufactured in large and medium sizes for industrial applications involving hard materials.

C. Application Scope of Mobile Crushers

Mobile crushers can process materials such as coal gangue, shale, slag, coal ash, limestone, aggregates, and construction waste.

D. Advantages of Mobile Crushers

1. One key advantage lies in their exceptional mobility, flexible configuration, and broad adaptability.

2. A second benefit is their capability to process materials with exceptionally high moisture content. They impose no restrictions on moisture levels, and highly viscous materials will not cause blockages during crushing. This is due to the absence of screen bases or mesh screens in their design, enabling uninterrupted operation even during wet weather.

3. The mobile crusher employs a two-stage crushing process. Material is first pulverised by the upper rotor before entering the lower rotor for secondary crushing, forming hammer-shaped powder within the cavity. The final product is then discharged directly through the outlet. The output particle size is highly uniform, controllable to below 2mm.

4. The mobile crusher utilises an innovative gap adjustment technology. When hammers wear down, their position is adjusted to reduce the gap between hammers and liners. This ensures satisfactory particle size is consistently achieved.

5. The mobile crusher incorporates a hydraulic start-up mechanism, enabling single-person operation for quick maintenance or component inspection.

6. The mobile crusher replaces traditional grease injection with a centralised lubrication system, allowing oil replenishment without shutdown.
