A complete 400-tonne-per-hour river pebble production line includes a feeding system, primary crushing system, secondary crushing system, sand-making system, screening system, and washing system.


A. Raw Material Feeding System


Pebble aggregates typically vary in size. Feeders operate in both feeding and vibrating modes. Smaller particles can pass directly through the feeder's screen bars to the secondary or tertiary crushing stages. Larger material requires feeding into the primary crusher for initial reduction.


B. Primary Crushing System


For coarse crushing, we employ the #Jaw Crusher#. This jaw crusher accommodates maximum feed sizes up to 1200mm and achieves minimum throughput rates of 400t/h. Capable of processing diverse rock types, it is the preferred equipment for hard and highly abrasive rocks. When handling pebbles, it serves as the primary coarse crushing solution.


C. Secondary Crushing System


The secondary crushing system employs a multi-cylinder cone crusher. This robust machine excels at processing medium-hard materials, delivering rapid and efficient crushing of pebbles. Utilising the principle of layer compression, it achieves high throughput, a large crushing ratio, and superior particle shape.


D. Sand-Making System


Within the entire production line, the sand-making system serves as the final stage for producing finished sand, combining crushing and shaping functions. Pebbles undergo sand-making within the sand-making machine through the ‘stone-on-stone’ and ‘stone-on-iron’ crushing principles, yielding sand particles typically below 5mm.


E. Screening and Washing System


The screening system classifies sand and aggregate into 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-25mm fractions to achieve final material grading. For premium sand production, an additional washing process is required to obtain high-quality sand and aggregate.


In response to heightened environmental regulations, fully enclosed workshops and sunken main equipment structures can be adopted to reduce operational noise and minimise environmental impact.
