The high-efficiency impact crusher is a new series of powerful impact crushers developed by our factory based on the introduction and absorption of advanced technologies, combined with practical experience. Primarily employed for secondary and tertiary medium-fine crushing operations, this hard rock fine crushing impact crusher also delivers effective small stone shaping. When processing materials with compressive strength below 150MPa for medium-fine crushing, the maximum feed size is 400mm. For fine crushing of materials exceeding 150MPa compressive strength, the maximum feed size is restricted to under 200mm. The product features a cubic shape, achieving a sand yield rate exceeding 30% in sand production. It offers adjustable discharge particle size and selective crushing capabilities. Widely applied in artificial sand and gravel processing for hydropower, highways, urban construction, and related industries.

Model Selection:

Hard rock fine crushing impact crushers are categorized by compressive strength into two types: compressive strength below 150MPa and compressive strength below 250MPa. Processing capacity: 70~230 t/h.
