Cone Crusher Copper Bushing Replacement

Copper sleeve is an important part of cone crusher, such as eccentric shaft copper sleeve, dynamic cone copper sleeve and horizontal shaft copper sleeve, all play a very important role in the operation of the equipment. 

Eccentric shaft copper sleeve replacement:

After the locking packing is drilled and broken, and then the eccentric bushing is placed upside down, the copper bushing can be taken out. Before installing the new bronze sleeve, the bore size of the eccentric sleeve must be checked for cracks. When installing the eccentric shaft bronze sleeve, dry ice can be used to cool it. When pouring the locking packing, the eccentric bushing and the copper bushing must be done at a temperature of about 70 degrees, and the oil holes of the eccentric bushing and the copper bushing must be aligned.

Replacement of moving cone copper sleeve:

The lower copper sleeve of the moving cone can be sawed off, but make sure not to hurt the inner hole of the moving cone. The upper copper sleeve of the moving cone can be pulled out directly, and can be cooled by dry ice to speed up the speed of pulling out. When it is cooled sufficiently, use its lifting ring to lift the bronze bushing, and use flat shims under the lifting ring to ensure that the bronze bushing edge and the bottom edge of the moving cone are parallel.

Replacement of horizontal shaft bronze sleeve:

The outer copper sleeve can be taken out by the self-made pull-out device, and the inner copper sleeve can be removed by hammering with the central rod device. After the copper sleeve is removed, it is necessary to check whether the inner hole size of the shaft frame is reasonable. When installing the horizontal shaft copper sleeve, it is necessary to use dry ice to cold shrink at least 2 hours.
