1. For the newly installed crusher without test drive, before starting the machine, it should be moved by hand or crane to rotate the machine for 2-3 turns, and avoid collision accidents in the process.

2. When there is material in the crushing chamber of the cone crusher, it cannot be started. Once started, it will lead to electrical tripping or destruction of machine parts, so before starting, it must be checked whether there is material in the crushing cavity.

3. For the newly installed or overhauled cone crusher, you need to check the size of the discharge opening and adjust it according to the actual demand.

4. All kinds of electrical interlocking devices and sound signals need to be checked before starting the machine to see if there is any damage.

5. Check the oil level and oil temperature in the mailbox of the cone crusher. When the oil temperature is below 20 degrees which does not have the condition of driving, it should be heated up with electric heater or heating hot water.

6. Check the oil pressure of the locking cylinder and the adjusting ring, when it is in the locking state, the cone crusher can be started and work normally.
