1. Loose ground bolt

Loose ground bolt is one of the main faults caused by the vibration motor burned, vibration motor due to its own special structure, located at both ends of the excitation force generated by the eccentric block driven by the motor, the impact of the ground bolt can reach hundreds of times a minute, or even thousands of times. Under the action of the huge excitation force, it is very easy to cause the motor foot bolt loosening, a foot bolt loosening will soon cause other bolt loosening, if not found in time, it will cause the foot bolt fracture, motor burnt.

Preventive measures:

a. Use high-strength bolts, foot mounting or flange mounting bolt strength shall not be less than 8.8 grade;

b.Reinforce the foot bolts frequently, and tighten the foot bolts of the motor several times at the early stage of operation;

c. Increase the anti-loosening device, each nut must be added under the elastic washer, if necessary, the use of double-nut fastening;

d. The motor foot surface and the foundation base plate should maintain good contact, and all the foot bolts should maintain uniform force.

Special attention should be paid to the selection of materials in the vibration motor shell, some vibration motor foot surface in the shell (i.e., shell seat integrated), in the processing, you can ensure that the shell and the foot surface is integrated, the level of the entire motor can be guaranteed, so that the motor is not easy to cause the foot bolts to loosen during installation.

2. Installation problems

Installation of vibration motors must be firm and reliable, when the need for symmetrical installation of two vibration motors, the location of the two vibration motors on both sides of the equipment to be completely symmetrical, and at the same time to avoid equipment resonance. Because the vibration motor is equipped with eccentric blocks at both ends to adjust the amplitude, when the site needs to be tilted or vertically installed, the motor bearing axial to withstand all or part of the gravity of the eccentric blocks. If the vibration motor without plane bearing and other special devices to protect, over time will cause greater damage to the bearings, thus shortening the service life of the motor.

Preventive measures:

a. Vibrating machinery requires no jamming phenomenon, the support point should be linked with spring, and other equipment coupling using soft coupling, and no hard contact with the external environment and equipment;

b. Try to avoid vertical or inclined installation;

c. Select the vertical vibration motor with increased plane bearing inside.


3. Eccentric block adjustment asymmetry

Vibration motor is made of four fan-shaped eccentric block for the excitation block, the motor has two blocks at each end to form a group, the required excitation force from zero to large by adjusting the vibration motor coaxial end of the two blocks of the eccentric block angle to be realized. In the adjustment of the eccentric block, if the direction of the two ends of the reversal, it will form a large space torque inside the vibration motor, in this long time with a large torque under the state of operation, the motor burns inevitably. So adjust the eccentric block must make the motor at both ends of the eccentric block angle consistent, can not become a different state, to do the two correspond to each other, mutually symmetrical. Preventive measures:

Strictly in accordance with the rules of installation, use and maintenance of the vibrating motor, in order to better play the role of the vibrating motor, and prevent the burning accident caused by the asymmetry of the eccentric block adjustment.


4. Poor sealing of the shield

In practice, due to the vibration motor working environment is mostly very poor, dusty, if the gap between the motor ends of the shield and the motor is large, it is easy for dust to enter the ends of the motor, resulting in friction movement between the eccentric block, this friction movement will produce a large amount of heat, in the heat accumulated to a certain extent, it will burn the motor.

Preventive measures:

In the harsh working environment, one should try to do a good job of sealing the motor shield, and the second should keep the shield clean and regularly clean the accumulated dust.


5. Environmental temperature

In the vibration motor work, if the temperature of the medium conveyed by the equipment is too high, and the vibration motor is rigidly connected to the equipment, due to the heat conduction properties of the metal, the temperature of the vibration motor and the casing will also rise very quickly in the limited space; when the heat is not well dissipated, it will cause the motor to burn out due to localized overheating.

Preventive measures:

a.Find ways to reduce the temperature of the material;

b.Strengthen ventilation and heat dissipation to reduce the ambient temperature;

c. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment under the premise of making the motor as far as possible away from high-temperature media materials.


6. Poor heat dissipation

General-purpose motors generally have their own cooling equipment, usually equipped with a fan at one end, when the fan rotates, the wind generated along the casing of a number of bars on the rapid flow, one can quickly take away the heat generated by the motor, and the second can be blown away from the casing above the ash, so that the motor is always in a better working conditions.

Vibration motor due to structural limitations, can not be installed fan cooling, when there is too much dust accumulation on the surface of the motor, it will hinder the dissemination of heat, which will lead to the motor internal temperature rises too quickly, burning the motor.

Preventive measures:

a.
