Pebbles are predominantly utilised in construction, high-speed railways, highways, and similar industries. Natural sand can no longer meet current market demands, primarily due to diminishing resources and prohibitions on natural sand extraction in numerous countries and regions. The advent of manufactured sand has facilitated infrastructure development, though it requires processing through crushing equipment before market application. Pebbles possess high hardness, making them suitable for materials that are difficult to crush. Pebble crushers are a type of crushing machinery characterised by stable and reliable operation, simplified processes, straightforward construction, and ease of maintenance. Consequently, commonly used pebble crushing and sand-making machines include jaw crushers, cone crushers, and impact sand makers, responsible for primary crushing, secondary crushing, and sand production respectively. The specific processing flow is as follows:

Stage One: Primary Crushing

Large pebble aggregates are uniformly fed from the hopper via a vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed material is then screened by a vibrating screen before being conveyed by a belt conveyor to the cone crusher.

Stage Two: Medium and Fine Crushing

Coarsely crushed material delivered to the cone crusher undergoes further reduction. A circular vibrating screen then classifies the crushed output, with oversized particles returned to the cone crusher for reprocessing. Should finer products or shape refinement be required, the crushed material proceeds to the sand-making machine for additional crushing and shaping.

Stage Three: Sand Making

Small crushed pebble fragments are conveyed by elevator to the storage silo. A vibrating feeder then uniformly and quantitatively feeds the material into the sand maker for processing into finished sand.

Stage Four: Packaging

The finished material is packaged and stored.

Market quotations for pebble crushing and sand-making machinery vary considerably. As no single unit can complete the entire processing sequence, coupled with differences in model specifications and manufacturers, it is impractical to provide users with detailed, precise figures directly. We advise users to consult specialised sand-making machinery manufacturers for comprehensive equipment quotations. Manufacturers will recommend suitable options based on user requirements and actual conditions, offering reliable and competitive equipment pricing.
