It can crush minerals of various sizes and hardness levels—from soft to medium and high hardness—to produce stones of different specifications, meeting the needs of various industrial sectors. Regarding crushing equipment, there are various types available on the market. Based on different classification criteria, there are roughly ten types and over a hundred models and specifications. In general, jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers, and hammer crushers are more effective and better suited to meet the needs of the general public.


A. Primary Crushing Equipment (Initial Crushing)


Jaw Crusher  

Model Examples: PE250×400, PE400×600, PE500×750, HJ106, HJ125, etc. (Production Capacity: 1–1,280 t/h)

Features: Suitable for various hard bulk minerals, driven by an electric motor to cause the eccentric shaft to move the moving jaw in a periodic reciprocating motion, achieving crushing and splitting of the material. The crushing chamber is deep with no dead zones, optimised motion parameters, a larger lower stroke for a higher crushing ratio, and a wedge-type adjustment mechanism for the discharge opening, allowing for adjustable product size and uniform particle size. The motor base and main unit are integrated into a single structure, simplifying installation and saving space.


B. Medium and Fine Crushing Equipment (Secondary Crushing)


1. Impact Crusher

Model Examples: PF-1007, PF-1214, PF-1315, PFW1110, PFW1316, PFW2023, etc. (Capacity: 30–2,000 t/h)

Features: Suitable for medium-hardness and softer materials, this machine uses a high-speed rotating rotor to drive impact plates, which collide with the feed material in the crushing chamber to break it down. Subsequently, the stone undergoes secondary impact, friction, and fracture processes on the impact plate, achieving fine crushing. The machine's unique wedge-locking system ensures the stability and reliability of the impact plates during high-speed rotor operation. Additionally, the built-in adjustment mechanism facilitates control of the output particle size, ensuring good shape and particle size of the final product.


2. Cone Crusher

Model Examples: HPT300, HPT500, etc. (capacity: 12–2181 t/h)

Features: Suitable for medium to high hardness materials, the crusher squeezes the material by moving from the concave liner to the crushing wall, resulting in more uniform finished particle size. The structure has been simplified for easy maintenance and adjustment, and a hydraulic cavity cleaning system is adopted to reduce downtime. Each model offers multiple cavity types, Users can select different cavity types based on specific requirements to better meet their needs. Additionally, the hydraulic motor adjusts the discharge opening for more convenient operation.


C. One-step forming equipment


Hammer crusher

Features: Suitable for medium-hardness and brittle ores, this crusher uses adjustable movable liners and a material self-flow channel design to achieve one-step crushing, eliminating the need for a secondary crushing process. It allows for free conversion between coarse, medium, and fine crushing, streamlining the process flow and increasing production capacity. The screen bar gaps can be adjusted as required to change the discharge particle size, High product yield and uniformity, combined with the self-flow channel design, prevent repeated crushing and minimise powder production. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a hydraulic hammer shaft extraction device, facilitating hammer head and shaft replacement for greater efficiency and convenience.
