The hydraulic system of the hydraulic cone crusher ensures the safety of high-efficiency operation
1. Discharge opening adjustment. During normal operation, hydraulic oil is injected into or drained from the main shaft cylinder via the hydraulic oil pump, causing the main shaft to move upward or downward. This reduces or increases the distance between the bowl liner and the crushing wall, thereby adjusting the discharge opening size.
2. Iron Overload Protection and Chamber Clearance. When non-crushable foreign objects enter the crushing chamber or the machine overloads due to other causes, the hydraulic safety system activates. Hydraulic oil is injected into the accumulator, causing the main shaft to drop and widen the discharge opening. The foreign object is expelled from the crushing chamber. The accumulator then returns the oil pressure, restoring the crusher to normal operation. If foreign objects become lodged in the discharge opening, the cavity clearing system can be activated to further enlarge the opening and expel the obstruction. Under hydraulic pressure, the discharge opening automatically resets, restoring the machine to normal operation.
3. Locking. The fixed cone is locked onto the adjusting ring to prevent rotation during crushing. The locking ring is lifted, with the positioning bolts on the adjusting ring controlling the lifting distance.
