1. Jaw Crusher Crushing Chamber

2. Broken board

3. Moving jaw

The eccentric shaft is placed in the main bearing on the side wall of the frame, the connecting rod is installed on the eccentric part of the eccentric shaft, one end of the front and rear thrust plates is supported on the rib seat in the groove on both sides of the connecting rod head, and the front thrust plate The other end is supported on the rib seat at the lower end of the movable jaw rear wall, and the other end of the rear thrust plate is supported on the rib seat in the wedge iron on the rear wall of the frame. When the eccentric wheel gets the rotary motion from the motor through the pulley, it makes the connecting rod move up and down. The up and down movement of the connecting rod drives the thrust plate to move. Since the thrust plate constantly changes the inclination angle, the movable jaw swings around the eccentric axis.


4. Connecting rod, spring

When the connecting rod moves downward, in order to keep the movable jaw, the thrust plate and the connecting rod in constant contact with each other, a tensioning device consisting of two pull rods and two springs is used. The pull rod is hinged at the lower end of the movable jaw, and the other end The spring is used to support the lower end of the rear wall of the frame. When the movable jaw swings forward, the pull rod uses the spring to balance the movable jaw and the inertial force generated by the thrust plate.


Working principle:

The working principle of the jaw crusher is to make the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft, the motor drives the belt and the pulley. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw will gradually increase, prompting the movable jaw to gradually push to the position of the fixed jaw, and at the same time, the material will be crushed or broken, so as to achieve the crushing effect. When the movable jaw moves down, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw will be further reduced, and the action of the pull rod and spring on the movable jaw will separate from the fixed jaw, and the crushed materials will be discharged from the crushing chamber. The lower mouth is excluded.
