After changing the thread of the flywheel end sealing sleeve and taper sleeve from right-handed to left-handed When the eccentric shaft rotates counterclockwise, due to the action of inertial force, the sealing sleeve moves toward the flywheel and tightens the flywheel, and in turn firmly tightens the taper sleeve at the end of the flywheel to the eccentric shaft so that the taper sleeve does not loosen on the eccentric shaft .

2. Repair the mating surface of the eccentric shaft and the taper sleeve

Increase the contact area, surfacing the worn eccentric shaft and taper sleeve with electric welding, and grind the mating surface after rough turning and finishing turning. The grinding method is: put the repaired taper sleeve on the mating surface of the eccentric shaft. , Use 400-mesh corundum as the grinding medium, grind for 0.5 hours at a time, remove the corundum, and apply mimeograph for verification. If it is unqualified, use the aforementioned method to grind again until it meets the requirements.

3. Repair the worn flywheel end face

Since the contact end surface of the flywheel and the sealing sleeve is worn by 100mm, a short sleeve with a length of 100mm is inlaid on one side of the flywheel.
