Feed Size:

Large jaw crushers feature larger feed openings, allowing them to directly process bulk materials up to 1.2 meters in size. They are typically used in the primary stage of a production line.

Discharge Size:

Typically ranging from 60 to 350 mm, the discharge opening is adjusted using wedge blocks, which reduces labor intensity and downtime. It can be adjusted according to specific requirements.

Production Capacity:

Its steel plate welded frame eliminates casting defects, making it more robust and reliable. The flywheel design effectively reduces vibration, ensuring smoother machine operation.

The new model of jaw crusher is priced slightly higher. It features a hydraulic design and centralized hydraulic lubrication, making it more convenient to operate. It can accommodate larger feed requirements and improves crushing efficiency. Equipped with large bearings and a forged main shaft, it can withstand greater crushing forces.
