A quartz sand production line typically comprises crushing, sand-making, screening, feeding, and conveying equipment. Quartz Sand Production Process Flow

1. Crushing

The quartz stone to be processed is uniformly and continuously fed by the vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. It is then conveyed to the cone crusher for secondary crushing before being screened by the vibrating screen.

2. Sand Making

After screening, the quartz stone fragments that meet the requirements are conveyed into the sand maker for sand production and shaping.

3. Screening

Quartz sand exiting the sand-making machine is conveyed back to a circular vibrating screen. Non-compliant material is returned to the sand-making machine for further processing, while qualified sand proceeds to subsequent stages.

4. Washing

Post-production quartz sand contains residual impurities. Washing in a sand-washing machine yields qualified finished aggregate.
