These are then transported via bucket elevator to the raw material silo for processing. Next, the material undergoes grinding in a Raymond mill. Qualified finished powder is screened through a sieving system and conveyed via pipeline to the collector. After collection, it is discharged through the powder outlet pipe as the final product. Unqualified powder falls back into the main grinding unit for reprocessing.

What are the specific applications for dolomite powder of different fineness levels?

Dolomite powder can be categorized by fineness into coarse powder, fine powder, ultra-fine powder, and micro-fine powder, as follows:

1. Coarse dolomite powder (0-3mm) can be used as a feed additive in various applications, provided its calcium content exceeds 55.6% and it contains no harmful components.

2. Fine dolomite powder (80-400 mesh) serves as raw material for plastics, rubber, coatings, and waterproofing industries, as well as interior/exterior wall coatings;
