Preparation of the ball mill before use

1. Before the trial operation of the energy-saving ball mill, the bearings and lubricating parts of the ball mill must be filled with oil;

2. Check whether the overall structure of the ball mill is complete, and ensure that all parts are normal;

3. Cleaning of the ball mill equipment itself:

   a.Check whether there are sundries in the inlet and outlet of the ball mill and in the vacuum tube;

   b.Clean the bearings of the ball mill, the outer cylinder of the mill, the coupling parts, the bearings of the ball mill, the reducer, the appearance of the motor, etc.;

   c.Blow the inside of the motor clean with compressed air, and check whether there are sundries inside the motor.

4. To flush the oil pipeline, generally use filtered 40# engine oil plus 20% antirust agent. First remove the oil pipe leading to the equipment, and seal the oil passage inlet of the equipment with a blind plate. Use a temporary pipeline to connect the oil inlet pipe leading to the equipment and the oil outlet pipe for storage, flush with a circulating oil pump, and check on the oil filter screen of the oil pipe in the fuel tank until there is no debris on the filter screen, then the flushing in the oil pipe can be considered qualified. Then, use the circulating oil pump to clean the oil pipe and connect it to the ball mill equipment.

5. Check the tightness of the anchor bolts and liner bolts of the ball mill one by one. Check the power supply voltage and control the reliability of the ball mill equipment. Remove the connecting bolts or connecting parts between the ball mill motor and the reducer, the reducer and the mill coupling, so that each part of the ball mill can rotate independently.

6. Check whether the cooling water pipe is blocked.
