Mobile Sand Making Machine Applications:


Capable of processing construction waste, coal gangue, coal, river pebbles, quartz sand, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, and quartzite, it excels in relocatable material processing and mobile aggregate handling. Common applications include construction waste treatment, aggregate quarries, mining operations, coal extraction, concrete batching plants, dry-mix mortar production, and power plant desulphurisation.


Working Principle of Mobile Sand Making Machines:


1. Raw materials are loaded into the flat conveyor feeder via excavator or loader.

2. The feeder transports materials to a vibrating screen for sorting.

3. Simultaneously, sand falls directly into the water wheel for washing, while larger materials proceed to the crusher at the screen's tail end for fragmentation.

4. Crushed sand from the crusher enters the water wheel for washing.

5. After two washing cycles, the sand is conveyed via a belt for stacking, dewatering, and loading onto trucks.
